Bellota Ham 75% genetic purity, show similar characteristics to the maximum purity, although they present a less intense flavor and color, without losing any aroma. Even so, this product fits the best value for money, since its performance makes it more likely to be consumed daily as part of our diet.

Bellota refers to animals that, during the period prior to slaughter, have lived in the "montanera" regime.

The production process is aimed at obtaining products of the highest quality, which meet the traditional characteristics of Iberian ham, and consists of the following phases: salting, washing, post-salting and curing-maturation. In order to obtain quality products, minimum weights and processing times are adjusted, all in accordance with the regulations for Iberian ham and its black bridle.
