Terms and conditions of shipment

The transport will be made in cold and within 48h from the confirmation of the payment, except on holidays and weekends, when the term will begin to count from Monday of the following week. (It is necessary to take into account the local holidays of the community, which can affect the delivery of the orders).

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday in Madrid city and from Tuesday to Friday in the rest of the country.

All shipments are free* for orders over 99€ (VAT included).

El coste de los gastos de envío para España peninsular y Portugal es de 9,99€.

The shipping cost for France is 22,99€.

*Shipping costs for the Balearic Islands are free for orders over 220 € (VAT included). Below this amount, shipping costs are 20 euros with a delivery time of 48 / 72 hours.

*For shipments to the Canary Islands and other countries, please contact us for delivery times and shipping costs.

During the Christmas season, deliveries may be delayed due to saturation at our facilities and transport agencies, so we ask for your patience.
