Madremia red wine

An explosion of red and black currants along with cherry provides a surprisingly fruity wine. We get this flavor from cool, sandy soils and good pre-fermentation maceration. With patience, we have used a barrel for nine months that does not mark the wine but only helps to bring out its fruit character. Subtle notes of cocoa and wild flowers accompany the wine. After some time in the glass we observe its ruby tones and the sweeter touches of caramel and vanilla flower appear. The madremia wine in the mouth is agile, unctuous and long drink, but with the character marked by a unique variety such as Tinta de Toro. Memories of ripe fruit jam return to remain in the mouth for a long time.
