Olfactory phase: It presents good aromatic intensity and although at first complex tertiary aromas bloom, formed in the aging, as the wine opens, new sensations emerge and soft spicy and memories of primary aromas of berries and ripe berries appear, giving rise to a variety-wood assembly, which is in the slow process of reduction in the bottle. Tasting phase: It shows a good body, being at the same time soft on the palate and with a certain sensation of freshness. Intense flavors, the black fruits of the variety are again appreciated mixed with certain notes of roasted and banana, both given by the barrel. In general, its good structure and balance stand out, with fine and elegant tannins that confer a very pleasant volume. It should be noted that this wine has not been subjected to physical-chemical treatments of tartaric stabilization, so a natural precipitate of potassium bitartrate and coloring matter may appear in the bottle, which do not affect the quality of the wine. Serving temperature: 18ºC. Food pairing: Red meats, roasts and stews.
