Regina Viarum Mencia is made from selected grapes, harvested by hand and processed with great care to extract all its color, aroma and complexity.

View: Cherry cherry color with violet hues, medium to deep intensity.
Nose: Ripe red fruit aromas dominate (cherry, plum), with balsamic notes and a mineral reminder of its slate soils of origin.
Palate: Fresh and silky, with balanced acidity and elegant and polished tannin. Pleasant and lingering fruity finish.
Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve between 12 and 14 ºC.
Pairing: Galician stew, meat stews, red tuna, semi-cured cheeses.
