One more year we have been fortunate to attend, Casa Santoña, the Salon del Gourmet to present our products in what is the most important event in Europe of delicatessen food and beverages.

We were honored to be an outstanding presence, as we recently obtained the validation of the Saborea España Brand (chaired by Pedro Larumbe) that distinguishes us as a quality product, together with our partners and producers Arturo Sánchez, Mermeladas Elasun and DO Queso.

On the other hand, we had the collaboration of the prestigious chef José David Fernández, who surprised our visitors with several elaborations of our seafood specialties. Among them, it is worth mentioning a turmeric and coconut hummus with smoked sardines and thyme smoke or the skewer he prepared with our delicious anchovies, avocado, semi-dried cherry, black sesame, yuzu and corujas.

Finally, Casa Santoña also had another collaboration, that of the biotronic musician "Ain The Machine" who amazed those present by creating music with our prized artisan products.
