Last April 4, 5, 6 and 7 we were, Casa Santoña, in Ifema in the 30th edition of the Salón de Gourmets. The international fair dedicated to quality food and beverage products par excellence. It is considered the first in Europe in the sector, and its international projection is consolidated every year with the increased presence of foreign exhibitors.

In a space of four pavilions and with a surface area of 22,000 m2, the Salón de Gourmets is always held with innovation and quality products in mind.
The first day of the fair was inaugurated by Isabel García Tejerina, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Environment, who visited our stand at Casa Santoña to see first hand our artisan seafood products.
We also had the opportunity to taste, among other products, the "Bombón marino" our famous Cantabrian anchovy in a composition of AmetStudio (a very stimulating culinary space located in San Lorenzo del Escorial with seasonal proposals that we invite you to know).
In short, we were lucky to meet many interesting people from the gastronomic sector. Chefs, restaurateurs, producers and distributors shared impressions during four stimulating days.
