Restaurant "La Plaza" of Casa Santoña

We have recently opened a new restaurant Casa Santoña in the historic establishment "LA PLAZA" in Los Molinos, a town where we started to produce our artisan seafood products a few years ago.

The vocation of Casa Santoña "La Plaza" is to offer our customers, in a warm and familiar atmosphere, different proposals with our own products (salted, smoked, canned and semi-preserved). As well as the flagship dishes that have always accompanied us: fried green tomatoes, grilled vegetables, grilled meats...

In addition, on this occasion, we propose different specialties worked with two delicacies of the sea. Tuna and Cod. The key to these suggestions is based on the quality of the product. On the one hand the Trainera Cod (Icelandic Desalted) that we elaborate in tempura, fritter or grilled. And on the other hand, the Mediterranean Bluefin Tuna Blufin from sustainable fishing, which can also be tasted grilled, especially recommended the Ventresca (in the photo). And we also offer it in the form of Tataki or TarTar.
