In other words, the Salón de Gourmets, a quality food and beverage fair, returns to IFEMA on April 24, 25, 26 and 27, 2017.

In this fair, especially focused on professionals, there is a wide range of gourmet products for those who want to discover a multitude of high quality products. Of course, we present our products at this fair because we are very gourmets, and above all, intimates of high quality products.

Our Showcooking
On Tuesday 25th we will be doing our own showcooking at the M. Producto certificado stand from 15.00 to 16.00. Don't miss it! We will be happy to be your hosts

What can I find in this fair?
This fair has an endless number of stands of products and producers that can be tasted from many countries, not only from Spain. Apart from the producers, tastings, competitions, show-cookings, awards, conferences and a wide variety of activities are organized, always with the guests of honor, food and drink quality.

What's new?
Yes, there is! This year's guest of honor is... Canada. There will also be the third beer pulling championship. A real novelty is that they have increased the number of pavilions from 3 to 4, being able to enjoy the fair in halls 2, 4, 6 and 8.

If you are a street food lover, this year food trucks will have their own space. New product stands will also be present, with prizes for the most innovative, versatile and best presented products.

Of course, this can't even be considered a summary of the mind-blowing and endlessly varied activities you can enjoy this year at the Salon Gourmet.
