Discovering the "Contacto Cocina" space

As you may already know, we like to be present in all the media and new projects that arise in order to develop a synergy and common growth between Casa Santoña and the project in question.

This time, we want to introduce you to a great and innovative cookworking space called Contaco Cocina.

We did our own thing, we presented ourselves in Contacto Cocina to present the products of Casa Santoña in the presentation of the space, with the respective tasting of these. But just saying that now you can find Casa Santoña products in the Contacto Cocina store is not enough for us. productos_casa_santona

What we can't keep quiet about is the place where we were: a wonderful mix of spaces, chefs, entrepreneurs, press, store, school, which is worth discovering.

What does Contacto Cocina offer?
The services are offered by a great team specialized in gastronomy.

In this space you can sign up for cooking classes in their school, or buy material or products from their coworkers in the store, or do gastronomic workshops for companies, children (or children entrepreneurs).

So far there is not much new, is there? But you can also rent different spaces for showcookings, press conferences, photo studio, product presentation or maybe you want to experiment with some fellow food lovers or professionals and you have nowhere to go.

It is a store, a studio, a kitchen, a press room, a place to prepare dinner, experiment, learn, have fun... in other words, a #cookworking space.
They also organize dinners, cocktail parties and similar meetings to generate a club spirit and that all those who use the services of Contacto Cocina in its different aspects get to know each other and share their passion for gastronomy. Finally, they have an advisory service focused on professionals looking to optimize or restructure their businesses.

What, how, where, who, why?
Little by little, don't rush. We have already explained what it is, haven't we, a space dedicated to solve any gastronomic concern.

How? Well, I have no idea, you can go to ask the same space that is located in the heart of Madrid in Oquendo street, 20, next to the glorieta Lopez de Hoyos or from any social network like facebook, instagram or twitter. They have more than 400 square meters distributed on two floors with equipped kitchens and workspaces. cocina_contacto_cocina

This idea of promoting the revolution of the gastronomic world through the mutual help and joint work of several professionals arose thanks to 4 cooking lovers: Luis Centenera, Álvaro García, F. Javier Álvarez and Ignacio Riesco.

Why? Well, because cooking is wonderful, and when you love something you want to share it, to help other people understand it, share it and enjoy it with people who are also on the same wavelength. That is to say, to spread the gastronomic culture that, in this country precisely, is a lot and very good!
