The most relevant culinary event in our country has brought together more than 2,000 congress participants from the top of the gastronomic world and up to 13,000 visitors who have turned Reale Seguros Madrid Fusión 2019 into a hotbed of groundbreaking culinary ideas. Up to 122 speakers gave lectures reflecting on the new set of rules for contemporary cuisine.

This edition of the leading gastronomic congress in Spain has been the most successful in the 17 years of its history. Casa Santoña participated with a skewer that everyone loved, Rosa Anchoada, which is nothing more than a tomato base in siphon with Asturian cheese foam, anchovied sardine and rose petals.
