Wine Zarzuela Joven: D.O Ribera del Duero intense garnet red color, with violet flashes, deep. Intense aromas of forest fruits (blackberries, blueberries). Fresh, juicy, firm but pleasant on the palate, with a very long finish.

Zone: D.O. Ribera del Duero

Winery: Virgen de la Asunción Winery

Vineyards: Planted in stony soils with a sandy-clay texture, excellent drainage conditions and an annual rainfall of 450 mm. Vines are 20-30 years old.

Variety: 100 % Tempranillo

Winemaking: Manual harvest from our own vineyards, fermentation in steel tanks at 24 ºC to preserve the aromatic richness, with a maceration of 10 days.

Aging: young wine, not aged

Alcohol: 13.5%.

Total acidity: 5,6 g/l (tartaric)

Volátil: 0,50 g/l (acético) pH: 3,65 Azúcar res.: < 2 g/l
