Isasa Crianza wine
Rioja Crianza wine, single varietal, tempranillo variety. From medium-aged vines (30 years). In high altitude vineyards (600 meters). Grapes selected and hydraulically pressed. As a differentiating characteristic, ISASA wine has "water stress", which occurs when there is a deficit of water supply to the vine. A moderate water deficit is an indispensable factor for the correct ripening of the grapes. This stress slows down the growth of the vine and favors the ripening and storage of the elements in the berries.
