Description

A 100% ECO wine, harvested by hand and aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels. Its aromas bring back memories of the must and grape skins, with a dominance of pears, dried apricots and sweet grapefruit peel. The palate is surprisingly voluminous and unctuous, with mineral salinity and a slightly bitter finish characteristic of this variety.
