- Casa Santoña Smoked Tuna
- Casa Santoña Smoked Sardine
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Chives

Preparation

Festival de Ahumados this recipe is an impeccable combination of simple and noble foods. It is also a perfect resource to improvise quickly and to wash it down with a good white wine.
First we cut and brown some slices of bread with a few drops of olive oil in a frying pan. We prepare them with loaf bread, for its size and consistency.

Next, we grate a tomato and spread it on our toast, we make a bed with lettuce leaves (we recommend you to put corujas in season), a few drops of oil, and we arrange our selection of smoked Casa Santoña. To enjoy them in their splendor we have aired them briefly.

To finish with a touch of sparkle we add a touch of lemon zest and chives.

Tips: We can substitute the bed of lettuce and tomato with escalivada.
