Ingredients

  • Atún ahumado Casa Santoña
  • Aguacate maduro
  • Mostaza picante inglesa
  • Sesame
  • Cilantro
  • Limón, sal y aceite

Preparation

  1. Take a ripe avocado, peel it and pass it through a blender or hand blender with a teaspoon of English mustard (to taste), salt, pepper, a dash of oil and lemon. The cream is ready.

The assembly: carefully take a slice of Casa Santoña smoked tuna, make a cone with it where you are going to serve it and, with a pastry bag like the one I showed you the other day, fill the inside of the tuna with the avocado cream. On top, some toasted sesame seeds and in the avocado cream one or two coriander leaves.
