TASTING NOTE:

• View: it is a wine that presents an intense color and shows dark ruby tones, as well as some purplish touches.
• Nose: the nose is dominated by black fruit aromas, particularly blackberry, grape, raspberry and currant. The grape aroma becomes more complex with balsamic tones and roasted sensations.
• Palate: it is a fleshy wine that does not leave aside its special silkiness. Being a juicy wine, it shows its mineral freshness for a particularly pleasant experience on the palate.

APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: Ribera del Duero VINEYARD: Finca Torremilanos is one of the first wineries belonging to the appellation of origin Ribera del Duero. With its 195 hectares and approximately 100 years of existence, it currently has an organic certification that guarantees, since 2008, a respect for the land in a production process that does not neglect the quality and pleasant experience. GRAPES: 95% Tempranillo, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. AGEING: 17 months in French and American oak barrels. WINEMAKING: The grapes are harvested by hand and selected in the winery, which ensures its high quality. WINE PAIRING: It is a wine that goes wonderfully with all kinds of meats prepared in roasts or stews. It also works well with legumes or sautéed vegetables.
