Elaboration: Born and produced in the albarizas of the Sierra de Montilla. Cold fermented and vinified with the utmost care to maintain its natural qualities unchanged. Aging: Young Harvest Appearance: Pale yellow with slight greenish iridescence, bright; Smooth mobility in the glass (glycerol) Aroma: Intense and perfumed to the nose with tones reminiscent of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango and guava combined with light citrus tones, green tea and pear in syrup Taste: The palate is soft, fresh, with delicate bitter and saline tones. Persistent. Once again the nose aromas already defined Service: Very cold (4 to 6º C.) Gastronomy: Excellent as an aperitif or with salads, fish, chicken, rice, pasta and cheese.
