Description

SIGHT: At sight it appears transparent, colorless, with a slight density when poured into the glass, which is confirmed by the waves that appear when moving the liquid; glyceric. No reflections or noticeable tones of any color. SMELL: Intense, fresh, mysterious and subtle. With predominant aromas reminiscent of countryside, sage, mountain, scrubland herbs, chamomile, white flowers, lavender and rockrose; over citrus and spices, white pepper and clove. The alcohol appears in the background, with less intensity than the rest of the aromas. At no time is it fiery. TASTE: In the taste, the botanicals are manifested beyond the four elementary flavors, providing perceptions of dryness, with a higher incidence of dryness of roots, with a retronasal route where citrus reappear, this time something honeyed, candied lemon, and spicy final touch of cinnamon. TASTE: In the attack, it appears soft, enveloping, glyceric, with a velvety touch on the palate and a subtle and elegant bitterness on the finish.
