Grape type: 90% Viura and 10% Chardonnay. Vineyard: The vineyards are located in different parts of the Torremilanos Estate. Vineyards with different ages and with different terrains, orientations and microclimates. Winemaking: Traditional Champenoise method. Aged for a minimum of 18 months on its lees in bottle before disgorgement. Cava Brut Nature "Zéro Dosage". Cavas elaborated under the precepts of biodynamic agriculture. Organic cava. Suitable for vegans.
