Ingredients
- Casa Santoña Marinated Sardines
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 grs. white almonds (not toasted)
- 150 grs. of bread crumbs
- 250 ml of water
- 250 ml orange juice
- 10 ml of mild olive oil
- vinegar
- salt
Preparation
These sardines are a delicacy, they are marinated with our own family recipe and are a classic in our restaurants. In this case we bring you a version with an orange touch.
For the Ajoblanco
First bake the garlic clove at 180º for five minutes. Peel it and add it with the rest of the ingredients, except the oil, in the Thermomix. We program it at low speed and when everything is mixed, we slowly add the oil to emulsify. Finally add salt and vinegar to taste.
Finishing and Presentation
