Salchichón de Bellota Ibérico, from highly selected lean meat from free-range pigs fed on acorns and natural pasture. It is pink in color, with an intense and unmistakable aroma and flavor of traditional spices and exquisiteness to the palate. In its preparation only salt, paprika and spices, such as black pepper, are added, with no additives. By stuffing the lean parts with a natural casing we obtain these precious products of the animal. Made according to tradition, both the chorizo and the salchichón are a selection of high quality products designed for a daily and economical diet.
