Made with grapes from vineyards over 30 years old located in Fuentelisendo, province of Burgos, grown at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level. Both qualities give this wine noble tannins, power, smoothness and a good and long life in bottle. Aged for 12 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels. Cherry red color with violet hues, aromas of black fruit such as blackberries and currants. Pleasant toasted notes with great intensity and persistence in the mouth. Long and pleasant finish. A perfect wine to accompany game meats, grilled lamb, oily fish and cured cheeses.
