We were at the XXIX edition of the Salón de Gourmets
Once more we have been fortunate enough to attend and present our products at the Salón de Gourmets, Europe’s most important event for the gourmet food and beverage industry.
We were honoured to be a featured guest, since we recently obtained the recognition of Marca Saborea España (chaired by Pedro Larumbe) that distinguishes us as a quality product, together with our partners Arturo Sánchez, Mermeladas Elasun and DO Queso.
Additionally, we have collaborated with renowned chef José David Fernández, who surprised visitors with several recipes based on our specialities of sea. Highlights among these were: a hummus with turmeric and coconut along with smoked sardine with thyme smoke; and a skewer prepared with our delicious anchovies, avocados, semi-dry cherry, black sesame, yuzu and water blinks.
Last but not least, we also collaborated with the biotronic musician Ain the Machine, who amazed those present by creating music with our artisanal products.
