Sheep cured cheese without lactose


Lactose-free cheese made from raw milk from sheep, resulting from a strict process of selection and maturation under optimum conditions, resulting in lactose-free cheese with the flavors provided by raw sheep's milk, but perfect for lovers of cheese that are lactose intolerant.

Natural bark, washed with olive oil during the months of ripening, which gives the cheese a special touch for the most select palates. A delight for the most demanding palates.

  • Pasta: firm and compact, it can present small-medium sized eyes, distributed throughout the cut.
