ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS of Sheep’s Cheese La Antigua Añejo al Tempranillo

Bark: hard, brown, pleite well marked and defined. Coated by a layer of tempranillo grape for its refinement.

Pasta: firm and compact, and may have small eyes, spread throughout the cut.

Color: ivory yellowish.

Texture: hard paste Aroma / flavor / persistence: aromas and flavors characteristic, well developed and very intense, persistent to the palate.
