The Pack contains:

  • CANTABRIAN ANCHOVIES EXTRA (220 g), Casa Santoña dedicates to each loin the necessary care to produce an impeccable anchovy: long, shiny, and boneless, with a fleshy and smooth texture. Its intense, elegant flavor is extended by means of a delicate retronasal aroma.
  • SMOKED COD (100 g) Enjoy the freshness of our Smoked Cod with its appetising sheen and intense white colour.

  • WHITE WINE GORGORITO VERDEJO 2016, This white Verdejo grape varietal wine shows a bright golden straw-colour with rich, delicate, fresh aromas with hints of grass and gooseberries. Very freshly and clean in the palate, shows delicious fruity aromas and refreshing crisp acidity in the palate followed by a dry finish. The Verdejo’s best food pairing could be stewed fish, summer salads and fits greatly with asparagus dishes.

  • OLIVE OIL COUPAGE BOLEA, Coupage of Arbequina and Picual. Oil with a distinctive twist of bitterness.
  • TRUFFLE SHEEP CURED CHEESE, Sheep cheese made with raw milk of sheep and white truffle of Italian Piedmont. With a healing period of approximately 5 months and matured in the best atmospheric conditions, it enhances all the aromas as the cheese loses its initial moisture.
  • MUSSELS IN ESCABECHE 6/8, Succulent mussels marinated and tinned from the galician rivers of Spain.
  • IBERIAN PORK LOIN NOBLEZA CASTELLANA, Sausage made with whole pork loin, free of the external fat, marinated and, later, stuffed in natural gut of pork.
  • PIPARRAS SARASA, authentic chilli pepers from the vask country to succes in the appetizer.
