We are celebrating!
We have recently opened a new restaurant in the historic “La Plaza” of Los Molinos, the location where, a few years ago, we started to develop our artisanal products from the sea. Casa Santoña “La Plaza” offers our customers different dishes made with our homemade products (salted, smoked, and tinned) in a warm, family-oriented atmosphere. We will also continue to serve the flagship dishes we have always offered, such as fried green tomatoes, grilled vegetables, and grilled meats.
Furthermore, on this occasion, we are offering two different specialities created with delicacies from the sea: tuna and cod. The key to these suggestions is based on product quality. The cod trawler (desalted Icelandic catch) is served either as tempura, with dumplings, or grilled. The Mediterranean bluefin tuna, caught through sustainable fishing methods, is also served grilled (we especially recommended the tuna belly, featured in the photo), as tataki or as tartare. We also offer a menu of the week with starter, first course, second course, and dessert, for just twelve euros fifty. It always includes a selection of products from the menu and a homemade dish of the day.
