Marinated Sardines with Orange Ajoblanco
What ingredients I need?
- - Casa Santoña Marinated Sardines
- - 1 garclic clove
- - 150 g raw white almonds
- - 150 g bread crumbs
- - 25 cl water
- - 25 cl orange juice
- - 10 cl olive oil
- - 10 ml vinegar
- - salt
How do I prepare?
These sardines are a real delight. Marinated using our own family recipe, they are a classic of our restaurants. Here we bring you a version with an orange twist.
First bake the garlic clove at 180 degrees for five minutes. Peel it and add the rest of the ingredients, with the exception of the oil, to the blender. Blend at a low speed, and when everything is mixed, slowly add the oil to emulsify.
Finally we add salt and vinegar to taste.
