Cosmic curl of Anchovy Sardine
What ingredients I need?
- - Anchovy Sardine
- - beetroot
- - tzatziki (yogourt, onion, cucumbre, persley, lemon salt and olive oil)
- - Lemon zest
How do I prepare?
Good and good, in today’s recipe we will use the lesser known anchovy sardine Casa Santoña, and we call it Cosmic Curl because it will make you see the stars!
We will combine a deliciously fresh Greek sauce with the savory power of the anchovy sardine and we will balance a little all that space power with the sweetness of the cooked beet. Sounds cool, doesn’t it? To the mess!
Anchovy Sardine + tzatziki + beet = COSMIC CURL
First, we wash our hands, remove the sardines and dry them carefully with absorbent paper.
The second, we chop the ingredients of the tzatziki, join them with the yogurt and season until we like. Also we chop the beet or leave it in sheets as a tray for the skewer. As you like.
To mount the curl, we make a circle, not to say curl again, with the sardine anchovy Casa Santoña, inside we put a base of chopped beet and over the tzatziki. For decoration we put a few pieces of beet and lemon zest.
And this you can do with any marine product Casa Santoña and taste which you like more.
And that’s it! How easy, isn’t it? If you do not want to make curls, you can cut it all, add lettuce and make a delicious salad, and with this salad, put it in a sandwich and curling in the cosmos!
