At least the marriages that we propose to you. If you have arrived here you probably already know them and you have eaten them more than once, but we want to give ideas for the love of art (culinary)
The key to preparing this succulent dish is in the majá. To do this we will take care to remove the seed to the garlic, to use fresh parsley and to cut them in tiny pieces (Until the patience separates you) Subsequently we have as many anchovies as we want, we add a little of that fine “ajopere” and above our anchovies. Finally we add another subtle touch with the majá (garlic and parsley) and we water all generously with extra virgin olive oil. Long live the bride and groom!
