Smoked Seafood Toast

How do I prepare?
This recipe is an impeccable combination of simple yet elegant foods. It is also a perfect resource for a quickly improvised meal served with a good white wine.
First cut and brown a few thick slices of bread with several drops of olive oil in the pan.
Then grate a tomato and spread it on the toast. Make a bed of lettuce leaves (we recommend using water blinks if in season), dress it with a few drops of oil, and add a few thin slices of the Casa Santoña smoked seafood of your choice (best if aired briefly after opening).
To finish with a sparkle, add a touch of lemon zest and chives.
Tip: You can replace the bed of lettuce and tomato with escalivada.
